Your care team in birth and beyond should ALWAYS honour and advocate for your autonomy, support your informed decisions, provide you with evidence based education and resources, and believe in and encourage your ability to give birth and be a parent.

Labour & Birth support Package

  • Two individualized prenatal appointments (either in-person or virtual) where we will chat about your personal goals, needs, and educational resources

  • Weekly check-ins by text or email

  • Support throughout your labour and delivery including one to three hours post delivery

  • Labour documentation (if desired) including basic photography, video, and a written birth story

  • On call 24/7 support via text, call, facetime, or email, starting 3 weeks before your due date

  • Support via text, call, FaceTime, or email, morning to evening (9am-9pm), before 37 weeks gestation

  • Two postpartum visits

  • Access to a peanut ball and other comfort measure tools.
