Virtual Labour & Birth support Package

  • Two virtual individualized prenatal appointments where we will chat about your personal goals, needs, and educational resources

  • Weekly check-ins by text or email

  • Support throughout your labour and delivery including one to three hours post delivery

  • Labour documentation including a written birth story

  • Support via text, call, facetime, or email, morning to evening (9am-9pm), before 37 weeks gestation

  • On call 24/7 support via text, call, facetime, or email, starting 3 weeks before your due date

  • Two virtual postpartum appointments
